Happy New Year, from Teach for Wellness!

While committing to teacher and student wellness is always important, the start of a new year is a great time to take a look at what's working and what's not and to commit to making some changes!

Connecting with Courage:
Help yourself and your students identify, recognize, and celebrate courage by trying out the practices below!

Goal-setting - for teachers and students - can be challenging! We’ve all set SMART goals we’ve forgotten about, or made plans we can’t stick to.

Interested in trying a different, evidence-based goal-setting strategy for you and your class?

WOOP is a goal-setting strategy you can use with adults and students alike. Try it for yourself, try it as a student intervention, or try it to hold your teaching team accountable to a goal!
